The person being referred must sign a six-month lease or a one-year lease on a property with Lone Star Realty & Property Management, Inc. The current tenant must accompany the prospect during the application process or notify karen@lonestarrealty.net Prior to the prospect signing a new lease.

The referral bonus of $25 or $50, per lease, will be applied as a credit directly to the current tenant's account. There is no limit on the amount of referrals that a current tenant may have. Lone Star Realty & Property Management, Inc. reserves the right to alter or end this special promotion without notice at any time.
