Application Procedures

1. You must submit a separate application for all non-married adults, or anyone who is 18 years of age or older who will live in the property. Married couples can submit a joint application
 
2. Pay the application fee of $50.00 for each applicant at the end of the application process
 **The application fee is
non-refudable!

 
3. You must provide Proof of Income for each applicant that has been issued within the last 30-days before the application can be processed. Pay stubs or an LES can be faxed to (254) 699-7084 or emailed to our leasing agent manager, Brenda Sellers at brenda@lonestarrealty.net and/or her leasing assistant Tori Fegin at tori@lonestarrealty. If you are military, the LES must be converted to a PDF when emailing, not as a hyperlink. For your convenience, click HERE to be taken to the myPay website in order to access, download, and/or print your LES

4. Picture of pets occupying property must be submitted with the application to include a description of the breed, age, and sex of the pet. If your pet is considered as a service pet, please call our office for the "service pet form" that will need to be completed along with your application
 
5. After the application, application fee, and proof of income are received, the application will be then be processed. We can only process the application during business hours; 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The processing time for applications may take up to 24 - 48 hours, but usually can be completed in the same business day if all the correct required documentation is received at the same time. You can call or email us to get a status of your application after 24 hours has past since submission
 
6. Upon approval of your application, you will need to sign a lease and pay the full deposit via money order to secure the property. The lease can be signed in person at the office or by digital e-leasing. An e-lease will require separate emails for each party signing the lease
