Animal Policy

If the property indicates that it accepts pets, the following is required in our Animal Addendum:

1. A limit of two (2) animals per property. There are no weight restrictions, however, there are breed restrictions. (See #3)

2. A $300 pet deposit per animal must be paid before any animals are allowed to live with you. This deposit, just like a regular deposit, is fully refundable, pending any damage(s).

3. No aggressive breeds allowed. We do not allow the following breeds: Pitbulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, or Chows.

4. If you illegally bring an animal on your property, regardless of who owns it or how long it has been there, you will be in violation of your lease and will be fined a $100 pet fee, plus $10 daily fine until the animal is removed.
