Application Process
Please do not use internet explorer for any payments. Please use Google Chrome.
The fee for ALL applicants submitting an application for an available property is now $50 Per Applicant. Each person over the age of 18 must submit a separate application and pay the application fee in order to start the application process.
If there are any unpaid application fees, we will not process your application(s) and will move forward with the next applicant(s) who have submitted an application and paid the fee for the same property.

STEP 5: In order to start the process of your application(s), we need proof of the local or remote income you have received in the last 30 days and a valid photo ID.
You MUST make 3x the rental amount per month (NET).
We accept the following statements as proof of income:
Employment Pay-Stubs
Full LES in PDF format
Statements for monthly retirement income, social security benefits, etc.
Please be sure to upload your proof of income during the application process.
We cannot process your application without it.
