Are you experiencing issues in your home or apartment? Here’s how to get it fixed!

All maintenance requests MUST be submitted online either through your tenant portal or our website. A link below will also be provided! If we do not have an official work order request, we cannot schedule our vendors or contractors to take a look at your issue so submitting this request online is crucial.

Submitting a work order will involve describing your issue in full detail, providing pictures, as well as choosing preferred times to fix it! See examples of a hypothetical work order below:

A screenshot of a web form from Lone Star Realty with a logo, a 'Tell us what's going on' section, and contact information.
Online form titled 'Tell us what's going on' with instructions to be specific and select from options including oven, stove, door, gas smell, and toilet clog. Contains a text box with the example 'My oven is smoking whenever I turn it on to bake a meal' and options to choose one specific issue.
Online property availability form from Lone Star Realty with options for scheduling a visit, showing the date created, and contact info for the real estate agency.
Screenshot of an online form from Lone Star Realty asking if sparking, smoking, or causing a fire can occur, with options 'Yes' or 'No'. It includes a section for uploading photos by dragging files or clicking an 'Add Images' button. There is a question about permission to enter the residence without anyone present and a checkbox asking if maintenance should be aware of entering the residence, with a note about accommodating requests.

It’s as simple as that! Work orders are processed within 24-48 hours depending on the urgency. For flooding or any other urgent issues that need an immediate response outside of our normal working hours, please call our Emergency After-Hours line: (254) 317-9442

Additionally, there are some issues you can fix yourself to avoid unnecessary charges! If your disposal isn’t working properly, check the reset button on the bottom of the disposal by pushing it in. For lighting/electricity, update your bulbs and check your breakers. Another common issue is clogged drains; always be sure to stay conscious of what is going down them to ensure they remain clear of debris. Those are some common ones but if you’re not sure feel free to check online or call for insight!

Now you’re completely informed to submit a work order which you can do so below.
