COVID-19 MODIFIED PROCEDURES: All work orders must for emergencies only. Only repairs for absolute health and safety items will be done. Heating and airconditioning are not emergencies; however, we will attempt to have them repaired based on the availablity and the safety of the technicians. Please submit all work orders through your tenant portal as usual.
We require all maintenance requests to be in writing. For the fastest response, please submit your work order through your tenant portal. Using the portal will give you access to the status of your work order once it is assigned to a vendor. If you don't presently have access to your tenant portal, please contact our office for assistance in setting one up.
Once you submit the written request, we will assign the work to a local company. You should have the repair completed or have communicated with the contractor within 48 business hours. If not, please contact our maintenance department for the current status of your work order request.
If you have an after-hours maintenance emergency, please call (254) 290-0718. When you call, leave a message with your name, address, phone number, and a detailed description of the emergency. You will then be contacted by someone from our office or our after-hours maintenance vendor.
